Chronic kidney disease, dietetic-nutritional therapy, management strategies.Abstract
Diet management is the key to nutritional intervention for CKD patients, the most restrictive diet among all chronic diseases, so the dietetic-nutritional management of CKD patients becomes an important element in clinical work. According to the clinical practice guidelines for the nutritional therapy of chronic kidney disease, this paper describes the diet management of patients from the perspective of seven nutrients, aiming to provide reference for clinical work.
