Design of Multi-Time Scale Power Trading Platform in Regional Spot Market

In order to improve the reliability of power trading under the background of regional power spot market, a multi-time scale power trading platform is designed. The transaction status of foreign power spot markets, the general situation of China's power market construction and the particularity of China's market transactions are analyzed. A multi-time-scale trading platform in the spot market is constructed, the overall structure and technical architecture of the platform are established, the multi-time-scale transaction process is analyzed, and a clearing mechanism framework for cross-regional transactions is proposed. According to the needs of market connection, the basic plan for cross-regional transactions is proposed. Finally, the application effect analysis of the platform proposed in this paper is carried out, which shows the validity of the platform design.
