This study focuses the relationship of caffeine affecting the nervous system with weight management. Firstly, as a natural nervous stimulant, caffeine shows critical impacts on the nervous system, such as enhancing alertness and cognitive function. Furthermore, caffeine plays a critical part in weight management from a few diverse viewpoints: appetite regulation, interactions with other food components, impact on physical activity, and modulation of hormonal levels.
