With the growing demand for portable and sustainable energy solutions, hand generators have gained attention for their ability to convert mechanical energy into electrical energy without relying on external power sources. This study focuses on the working principle of hand generators, energy conversion efficiency, and their applications in the field of electromagnetic induction. By analyzing the structure of the generator, it explains how the movement of the magnet through the coil generates electromotive force (EMF) through Faraday's Law of Induction and discusses the process of energy storage and conversion in hand generators. Additionally, this paper explores the applications of hand-crank generators in bicycle dynamos, MRI imaging, and hand-crank radios. Based on this, technological improvements are proposed, including enhancing magnet and coil design, improving energy storage systems, and optimizing mechanical efficiency. The research concludes that proper design improvements can significantly enhance the energy conversion efficiency of hand generators. This study is of great significance for improving the performance of generating devices and promoting the application of green energy.
