European Energy Prospect under the Russo-Ukrainian war

Abstract

This paper studies the strategies of the European Union facing the Russo-Ukrainian war and discusses the possible outcomes of the Europe energy structure in the near future. It mainly analyzes the availability of the “Re-power EU” plan, using research from Nature, IEA, World bank and other reliable resources, to help readers understand how the Europe Union will deal with the energy crisis that exists for a long time and recently escalated in the light of the outbreak the Russo-Ukrainian war. The paper also provides suggestions for the EU to better implement the new energy plan, but also shows concerns and obstructions of the plan.
