Abstract

Speed control system based on speed sensorless system is a research and project which is widely concerned by the international electric drive industry. The researchers found that the speed sensorless system has better rotation rate measurement, which is no longer affected by temperature, humidity, and other environments. However, there are higher requirements for the accuracy and speed of revolution measurement and feedback adjustment of the speed sensorless control mechanism. Therefore, the research topic of this paper is how to use a speed sensor to measure speed more efficiently. The research methods of this dissertation are as follows: second-order synovial observer, rotor tooth harmonic signal, and feedforward decoupling control are used to explore and analyze. It is found that the design of a second-order synovial observer can achieve better control performance in a high-speed range. Rotation speed can be obtained by using the harmonic signal of the rotor and current filter. At the same time, the rotation speed can be determined by the current Ideal model of an electromagnetic chain. Finally, the author makes a comprehensive comparison of the three methods, finds the problems of the three methods, analyses the causes, and puts forward possible solutions.
