With the development of The Times, people have a deeper understanding of cancer cells, while explaining the related carcinogenic mechanism, cancer treatment drugs have also been developed accordingly, and more and more new anticancer drugs have been developed. Cancer generally refers to malignant tumors, which is caused by malignant cell proliferation and is invasive and metastatic. Targeted drug therapy is one of the means of malignant tumors, and also an important method to achieve breakthrough effect of malignant tumors. Targeted drugs are mainly divided into two categories, one is monoclonal antibody, the other is single target or multi-target small molecule inhibitors. In recent years, we promote tumor treatment, and obtain huge clinical benefits. Targeted drugs can also be expensive while exerting their therapeutic advantages, and the long-term use of targeted drugs can easily cause the limitations such as drug resistance, toxic and side effects. In short, compared with traditional surgical treatment, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other means, targeted drugs have significant therapeutic advantages but also have many limitations. With the development of technology, proteomics, genomics and so on, targeted drugs also have great development prospects.
