Price analysis of used sailboats based on LightGBM model

The pricing of second-hand sailboats is a very important issue, because it is directly related to the investment and profits of sailboat operators. This paper mainly conducts further research on the pricing of second-hand sailboats. First, we establish a LightGBM regression mathematical model through data. Second, we identify the two regional factors with the highest correlation with price and conduct qualitative analysis on them. Then, we took Hong Kong as the research object, obtained the regional effect of its prediction results, and verified the accuracy by t-test.
