Abstract

The increasingly stringent emission regulations and the oil crisis have promoted the research and development of engine technology. As an advanced combustion technology, low temperature combustion has been attracting attention from all walks of life in recent years. This paper analyzes the deficiencies of traditional combustion, and summarizes the research progress of diesel engine low temperature combustion from three aspects of combustion system parameters, injection strategy and fuel characteristics.
