Abstract

China's excellent traditional culture encompasses thousands of things, is the spiritual accumulation of the Chinese nation for five thousand years, and has a very important practical significance and guiding role in the management of modern business enterprises. This paper firstly briefly explains the connotation of Chinese traditional culture, analyses its importance for modern business enterprise management, and focuses on the specific application of excellent traditional culture in modern business enterprise management.
