Abstract

This article is based on research on cash flow both domestically and internationally, with Suning Yunshang as the cornerstone. The enterprise cash flow management materials introduce the cash flow situation of business, investment, and financing activities, identify some problems in the company, and analyze the corresponding reasons: poor awareness of cash flow management, incomplete comprehensive budget system, and long cash turnover cycle. Propose cash flow management and other optimization solutions to promote the company's development.
