Abstract

The Soviet-Wan Chai border area provided valuable exploratory experience for the establishment and construction of new China, and contains a rich revolutionary spirit and the fine traditions of the Chinese nation. Therefore, it is important to disseminate and improve the effectiveness of the red culture of Suwanbeian District. From the perspective of animation IP communication, we propose suggestions in three aspects of IP image extraction and construction, development and operation, and communication and promotion to help the red culture of Suwanbeian District achieve better communication, in view of the problems in the current situation of red culture communication in Suwanbeian District.
