Research on the Current Situation of Work Pressure and Relief Strategies of Grassroots Taxation Personnel

Based on a questionnaire survey of grass-roots civil servants in a county tax system in Shaanxi Province, this paper analyzes the stress status quo of grass-roots tax personnel, the inner structure of stressors and stress coping styles, and puts forward targeted strategies and suggestions for stress management at the organizational level and individual level respectively according to the results of the study.
