With the promulgation of the "Fourteenth Five -Year Planning of the National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China and the Outline of the 2035 Far View Target", the digital upgrade trend of the entire industry has been further strengthened, and the requirements for human resources management and human resources services are also synchronized. Improvement, thereby also put forward great challenges to the training of talents in this major. As a type of higher education for cultivating high -quality technical and skills talents, vocational education should also quickly upgrade talent training goals and specifications, focus on digital upgrading to match the needs of industrial upgrading.
