Abstract

With the improvement of living standards, people pay more and more attention to green buildings, environmental protection and ecological balance. The economic benefits of green buildings will also bring new impetus and direction to the construction industry. This paper mainly studies the influence and practice of the economic benefits of green buildings on real estate development, analyzes the economic benefits of green buildings, and briefly expounds the measures, methods and development planning directions to ensure the economic benefits of green buildings, hoping that the economic benefits of green buildings can promote the development of real estate and effectively improve the economic benefits of green buildings.
