Abstract

Corporate culture involves the values, beliefs and behaviors that affect the way employees and employers contact with each other and conduct daily businesses. It defines the objectives, aspirations, and missions of the company. It exerts a significant impact on the long-term development of an organization such as the vision, the values, the narrative and place, the people in the company and out of the company, the practices and so on. This essay analyzes the corporate culture and takes Hua Wei company as an example to study deeply the influence of the corporate culture. Finally, this essay gives some practical recommendations on the foundation of the reasoning mentioned above.
