Abstract

The policy of migrant workers returning home to start businesses plays an important role in promoting rural economic development and urban-rural integration. Starting from the economic perspective, this paper explores its impact on economic growth and puts forward relevant suggestions to promote the better implementation of the policy and economic growth.
