Abstract

ChatGPT, introduced by OpenAI, represents a significant advancement in the field of conversational AI, leveraging large language models GPT-3.5 and GPT-4 to provide intuitive interactions and multifaceted capabilities such as writing, translation, and coding. This paper analyzes ChatGPT's impact on various sectors, including business, culture, and technology, and discusses its role in fulfilling OpenAI's mission of creating beneficial AGI. Despite challenges in real-time data access and ensuring information credibility, ChatGPT's innovative strategies, such as PEST and SWOT analyses, position it to overcome these hurdles and expand its market presence. The analysis highlights ChatGPT's strengths in natural language processing and its potential to transform educational and business landscapes, while also addressing the ethical and social responsibilities inherent in AI development.
