Abstract

By combing and analyzing the existing literature, this article comprehensively examines positive benefits of industrial land marketization in fostering the optimization and modernization of industrial structure, and reveals its limitations in promoting regional innovation and alleviating land finance dependence. The article finally puts forward a series of targeted policy recommendations based on the research findings, seeking to offer a theoretical foundation and useful guide for the creation of pertinent policies.
