This paper focuses on reverse logistics management in cross-border e-commerce, with Tmall Global as a case study, and systematically analyzes its key role and current management status. The study indicates that reverse logistics encompasses processes such as returns, exchanges, repairs, remanufacturing, and environmental disposal, the efficiency of which directly affects customer satisfaction and corporate profitability. By reviewing the concept, characteristics, and main models of reverse logistics, this paper delves into the problems existing in Tmall Global's overseas warehouse layout, information management system, quality control of returned goods, and cost allocation, and proposes targeted optimization strategies. These include optimizing the overseas warehouse network, upgrading intelligent information systems, strengthening commodity quality control, and implementing refined cost management. The research aims to enhance the overall efficiency and service quality of reverse logistics in cross-border e-commerce, providing theoretical reference and practical guidance for the sustainable development of the industry.
