Abstract

This study systematically analyzes the business model components, value creation logic, and commercialization pathways of the World Table Tennis Professional League (WTT). It explores methods to maximize commercial value while preserving the essence of sportsmanship, and identifies challenges and countermeasures through SWOT analysis. The findings provide theoretical references for the commercial operations of table tennis and other sports disciplines.
