Consumer Behavior: An Interactive Perspective

The speed-up in the development of cross-border e-commerce has established new Interconnections among digital supply Chain Infrastructure and consumption Behaviour, which are still unexamined by existing theories. Based on this, develop an interactive model of the relationship between cross-border E-Commerce Platforms, digital Supply Chain Systems, and consumers' decisions, asserting that there is a lack of bidirectional or cyclical analysis in traditional one-way accounts. Based on Transaction Cost Theory, the service-dominant Logic of Marketing, and recent research on Platform Ecosystems, this article explores how digital supply chain abilities influence consumers' Trust in a market Environment, And how Consumer Behavioural signals trigger Supply Chain Re-configuration. Identifying logistics visibility, inventory intelligence, and last-mile delivery innovations as the essential supply-chain mechanism affecting consumers' experiences; Then, determine that the core channels for consumers to reshape supply chains include real-time demand-data aggregation, behaviour-patterns of returns, and the regulatory system of platform ecosystems. This paper proposes an integrated interactive Framework and implications for the Platform Strategy and Trade Policy.
