Abstract

Against the backdrop of economic globalization, big data, artificial intelligence, and intensifying market competition, modern enterprise human resource management has transcended traditional personnel administration, undergoing a profound transformation from routine administrative and control-oriented practices toward strategic, digital-intelligent, and people-centered approaches, becoming a key pillar of corporate core competitiveness. Based on the characteristics of modern enterprise development, this paper systematically analyzes the core connotations and transformation logic of human resource management, identifies current challenges such as lagging digital transformation, imbalance between talent supply and demand, and inadequate incentive mechanisms, and proposes optimization pathways from dimensions including strategic positioning, business empowerment, talent management, and organizational culture building. The aim is to provide theoretical guidance and practical insights for enhancing the effectiveness of human resource management and achieving sustainable development in modern enterprises.
