This study systematically analyzes the development status of green logistics, and points out that there are outstanding problems in resource utilization, environmental protection, cost benefit and concept technology in the current logistics industry. Based on the theory of supply chain management, this paper puts forward three core countermeasures: one is to construct green supply chain, which realizes efficient coordination of logistics links and reduces resource waste and pollution by optimizing supplier selection, strengthening green supervision and establishing coordination mechanism; The second is to promote green logistics technologies, including clean energy vehicles, intelligent route planning, degradable packaging and digital management systems, to improve operational efficiency and reduce environmental impact. The third is to strengthen the dissemination of green concepts, through the construction of green culture and green consumption guidance for consumers, to jointly promote green logistics practices from both sides of supply and demand. Future research can be further deepened in terms of quantitative cost-benefit analysis, case coverage expansion, and cutting-edge technology tracking.
