Abstract

NCP (novel coronavirus pneumonia) is another public health emergency after the SARS. Social aid has significantly protected the life and health of civil service targets, such as older adults, children, homeless people, and people in need. It can alleviate the difficulty of the rescued targets' life and increase their confidence in overcoming the epidemic. Social aid is the vital cornerstone that overcomes the epidemic, reduces the negative impact, and maintains social stability. Based on the actual situation, this paper analyzes and researches social assistance policies and measures of the epidemic in various regions, discovers existing problems, and explores ideas for solving them.
