In addition, the impact of the macro environment on HRM will also be presented, including technological developments and force majeure. Following the external forces, the dissertation will then illustrate the different stages of organisational innovation activities and changes. Next, this part will analyse the relationship between human resource management and organisational innovation, as well as the operational processes of both.
