Abstract

China is in a critical period of economic transformation, and the green transformation of agriculture is inevitable. Building a new type of agriculture oriented to green and low-carbon is the key to green transformation, which requires improving the laws related to the agriculture of "double carbon", vigorously developing science and technology, and changing the agricultural development model.
