Abstract

The manufacturing industry is the mainstay of China's economy and plays an important role in enhancing the vitality of China's real economy. Whether manufacturing enterprises can get good development and their inventory management ability are closely related. The article takes ecovacs, a smart home appliance manufacturer, as an example. By comparing and analyzing the current situation of its inventory management system with that of its counterparts in the industry, the article summarizes the problems of ecovacs inventory management system, analyzes the causes of the problems, and tries to put forward targeted suggestions for improvement in order to benefit the improvement of the enterprise's inventory management level and make the enterprise's operation and development path smoother.
