Analysis of the Importance of Musical Literacy in Vocal Singing to Bel Canto Singing

Abstract

 Economic development and the improvement of the quality of life and material satisfaction promote people to pursue the construction of spiritual civilization and become more yearning for the beautiful things in life. The synchronous development of economy and spiritual civilization construction has created greater space for the innovation of music art, especially provided important support for the popularization of bel canto. In recent years, bel canto's unique singing method and its unique artistic charm are favored by the public. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the importance of bel canto in vocal singing, discusses the musical literacy of singers today and puts forward some reference suggestions.
