Abstract

In recent years, with the development of social economy and the progress of the times, the youth education has received more and more attention. However, the excessive academic burden at this stage has hindered the quality education and comprehensive development of young people. The "double reduction" policy plays a significant role in reducing the heavy homework burden on young people, promoting their comprehensive development in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor. In this paper, based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of youth education in Tianjin under the dual reduction policy, The mechanism guarantee, education subject, implementation content, and other aspects were explored, and a "four party linkage" collaborative education strategy for youth education were proposed, which includes government guidance and supervision, student family support, social organization linkage, and community work guarantee.
