In the current form, China's curriculum reform has developed with the development of the times, and the reform of physical education curriculum urgently needs the reform of teaching methods. Running endurance is a key aspect of physical fitness for middle school students, who are still in the development stage. This study aims to evaluate the running endurance level of junior high school students in Changchun City and provide an effective intervention method to improve the physical performance of students. The significance of this study is to provide information on the current situation of running endurance of junior high school students in Changchun City, as well as some suggested intervention strategies, which is expected to provide useful reference for physical education policymakers and teachers in the region.
