Abstract

With the development of society and technological progress, innovation has become an important force driving social progress and development. In higher education, the construction of innovative teacher teams is an important prerequisite and foundation for cultivating innovative talents. This article takes vocational colleges as the research object, explores the path of building an innovative teacher team, in order to provide reference and reference for the construction of an innovative teacher team in vocational colleges.
