Abstract

The modern academy system model is the inevitable trend of the development of colleges and universities, which is widely welcomed by educational circles and points out a new direction and path for top-notch innovative talent cultivation. This study adopts a qualitative research method. Through case studies and semi-structured interviews, it analyses the shortcomings of the university for the cultivation of top innovative talents in the reform of the academy system and proposes measures to improve the cultivation of the Shuyuan system in terms of the objectives, full-time teachers, and research facilities.
