This paper delves into the nuances of translating Shaanxi noodles into English, emphasizing the importance of cultural fidelity, linguistic accuracy, and appeal to international audiences. By analyzing existing translations and proposing refined versions, this study aims to contribute to the effective communication of Shaanxi's culinary heritage in a global context.
