Briefly Analyze the Literacy that Primary School Class Teachers Should Have

Abstract

After putting forward the concept of students' core literacy, scholars have paid more and more attention to the study of core literacy, and some scholars have also begun to study the core literacy of class teachers. Students have the requirements of comprehensive quality and core literacy, which makes the evaluation of student development pay more and more attention to the whole process and concretization. Similarly, as a primary school class teacher, in addition to the literacy requirements for general teachers, the class teacher should also put forward relevant regulations and requirements for the core literacy of the class teacher. The class teacher is not only a subject teacher, but also the leader of the whole class, and the requirements for the class teacher should be higher than that of ordinary teachers. Therefore, starting from the general literacy of class teachers, this paper further puts forward the core literacy of class teachers.
