The rapid development of generative artificial intelligence technology has provided a new development opportunity for the innovation of Ideological and Political Theory Courses models. Taking 11 universities in Wenzhou as the research objects, this paper comprehensively adopts research methods such as semi-structured interviews, questionnaires, and grounded theory to systematically sort out the practical effects and development trends of generative artificial intelligence empowering the innovation of IPT Courses models, and deeply analyzes the practical dilemmas faced in six dimensions: teaching subjects, teaching objects, teaching methods, course evaluation, teaching resources, and teaching environment. Based on the survey results, a variety of teaching models are designed and empirical tests are carried out. The effectiveness of the models is verified through comparative analysis between experimental classes and control classes. Finally, from six aspects of subject remodeling, object cultivation, resource integration, evaluation optimization, environment construction, and system guarantee, a practical path for generative artificial intelligence to empower the innovation of IPT Courses models is constructed, providing theoretical reference and practical paradigm for the digital and intelligent transformation of university IPT Courses in the new era.
