On Investment Efficiency and Trend Forecast of High-tech Industries in Anhui Province

The investment efficiency of high-tech industries plays an important role in the innovation and development of regional economy. This paper measures the data of various cities in Anhui Province from 2019 to 2020 through the high-tech industrial efficiency evaluation system and the DEA data envelope model. The results show that the investment efficiency of high-tech industries in different cities varies greatly. According to different regions, the technical efficiency and comprehensive efficiency of northern Anhui are higher than those of southern and northern Anhui. Compared with the surrounding provinces and cities, the investment efficiency of high-tech industries in the Yangtze River Delta region in 2020 is higher than that in the central region, but most provinces and cities in the central region have an increasing scale effect. Finally, this paper analyzes the development trend of high-tech industry investment in Anhui Province, and draws four conclusions in the future: continuous optimization of the investment environment of high-tech industry in Anhui Province, further increase of investment and its specific forecast value, continuous adjustment of investment structure, and continuous improvement of innovation level.
