Abstract

With the development of society and the progress of the times, more and more people pay attention to the mental health of college students. Mental health education is a very important part of quality education in China. The traditional mental health education model has been difficult to meet the new era of the university environment and the characteristics of contemporary college students. Therefore, colleges and universities should actively explore the optimization strategy of mental health education under the new media environment to continuously enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of mental health education.
