Abstract

 The inventory is the focus of various problems. The inventory is closely related to cost and delivery issues. It is an unavoidable topic in supply chain management: the reasons for inventory also cause cost increases and delivery efficiency decreases. This article takes company A as an example to improve customer service and reduce inventory costs by optimizing its warehouse layout.
