The discussion on the aging society has always been a hot issue. How to solve the aging problem is related to the progress of the nation and the rejuvenation of the country. The succession of two-child and three-child policies all reveal the severity of this problem. Due to the unbalanced level of economic development in the middle, east and west regions of China, the demands of the public system of infant care service are different and the current situation is different, and the optimization measures of different regions are also differentiated.
