Abstract

The discussion on the aging society has always been a hot issue. How to solve the aging society and improve the national fertility rate is related to the progress of the nation and the rejuvenation of the country, and the two-child and three-child policy comes one after another, which all reveals the severity of this problem. Taking the construction of national inclusive infant care community as the entry point, this paper innovatively proposes to connect the traditional intergenerational parenting mode with the construction of inclusive infant care community. By reading literature, this paper analyzes the feasibility of domestic status quo, policies, domestic and foreign experiences, and active aging. Opinions and suggestions covering the central, local, social and talent levels were put forward.
