A Study of the Impact of Human Capital Investment on Organizational Performance

Human capital investment is a process in which a company, after obtaining external resources, learns and develops the knowledge, skills, abilities and attitudes of its members, thus enhancing the company's core competitiveness and sustainable development capability and ultimately improving organizational performance. Employee quality is an important part of human capital investment, but the effect of human capital investment on performance improvement is affected by the low level of internal management. The article researches the relationship between human capital investment and enterprise performance,and puts forward corresponding suggestions on the quality of employees and performance improvement.
