Implications of MNC Theory for Chinese Outward FDI

With the rapid development of China's economy and the process of globalization, China's outward foreign direct investment has shown a growing trend. As an important player in the global economy, the theory of multinational corporations has important guiding significance for Chinese OFDI. Therefore, this paper aims to explore its inspiration for Chinese OFDI with the help of MNC theory in order to improve the internationalization and competitiveness of Chinese enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to explore the revelation of MNC theory on Chinese OFDI. The specific research contents include: an overview of MNC theory, the current situation and problems of Chinese OFDI, and the revelations of MNC theory on Chinese OFDI. Through a comprehensive analysis and generalization of relevant literature, the paper provides an in-depth analysis of the reference role and revelation of MNC theory on Chinese OFDI in order to improve the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises in the international market.
