Development and Application of Flatness Analysis System based on Coordinate Measuring Data

To realize flatness error evaluation based on coordinate measuring data, the calculation process of four evaluation methods was analyzed, and a direct calculation method of minimum zone flatness was proposed. According to the calculation process of different evaluation methods, the flatness error analysis system based on coordinate measuring data was developed, and the accuracy of the system was verified by importing the case data of related research. The practicability of the system was verified by using the developed system in the measurement task.
