Abstract

This paper analyses the market environment, characteristics, and difficulties and challenges faced by college students in terms of the current employment status of college students. Through investigation and research, it is found that the changes in the social and economic environment, the inadequacy of the education system and the lack of personal ability of college students have jointly led to the problem of difficult employment of college students. The article puts forward the coping strategies at the three levels of the government, colleges and universities and individual college students, with a view to improving the employment situation of college students. At the same time, this article summarises some successful employment experiences through case analysis, which provides useful reference for college students' employment.
