In the context of digital transformation, traditional supply chain risk management faces challenges. This study explores how digital technologies reconstruct risk management and enhance resilience. Through literature analysis and Huawei’s case, we find IoT, big data, and AI enable real-time visibility and predictive capabilities, while introducing new risks. A digital system integrating intelligent identification, assessment, response, and monitoring is proposed. Resilience hinges on visibility, agility, and adaptability. Huawei’s practices validate the framework. This provides guidance for enterprises to strengthen supply chains via digitalization.
