Abstract

In order to solve the problems of intelligent express cabinet quantity distribution and unreasonable grid configuration at the end of express delivery, improve customer satisfaction, and coordinate the investment cost and profitability of enterprises. Using the Flexsim software to simulate the distribution mode of regional express cabinets, set relevant parameters, analyze the utilization rate of intelligent express cabinets and the utilization rate of express cabinets, optimize the number of intelligent express cabinets and the configuration of the number of lattices, and enhance the corporate brand image.
