Research on Employment Effect of Digital Economy

Digital economy is a new economic form, which has both positive and negative effects on employment. This paper first analyzes the positive impact of the digital economy on employment, that is, to continuously expand the scale of employment and innovate employment patterns, improve the quality of employment and raise the level of wages, bring about flexibility and diversification of employment. Then, it analyzes the negative impact of the digital economy on employment. Finally, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the positive role of digital economy in employment.
