In recent years, more and more people have been paying attention to the Olympic Games and who will win the Olympic MEDALS. This study focuses on the prediction of Olympic medals and the analysis of related factors. It constructs a GA-LSTM model to forecast the number of medals each country will win at the 2028 Los Angeles Summer Olympics and employs the SHAP model to interpret the factors influencing medal counts. Helps to understand the development trend of sports competitiveness in various countries and provides a reference for better allocation of sports resources.
