Connotation development is the development path and inevitable choice of higher education in the new period. During the period of talent training, we should adhere to the basic principle of "quality as the root, problem first, demand first, efficiency and fairness first", strengthen talent training, and provide a guarantee for the development of national economy and social progress.Private non-profit higher education is an important part of higher education in China. It is necessary to realize the importance of connotative development, explore the challenge of connotative development, and put forward the connotative development path of private non-profit higher education.
